Merger by absorption of 3 commodities ETFs. Change of ETF name and change of Index.
We are pleased to inform you of the merger by absorption of:
- Lyxor Commodities Refinitiv/CoreCommodity CRB EX-Energy TR UCITS ETF into the Lyxor Commodities Refinitiv/CoreCommodity CRB TR UCITS ETF. The effective date of the merger is scheduled on 20 January 2023.
- Lyxor Bloomberg Equal-weight Commodity ex-Agriculture UCITS ETF and Lyxor Bloomberg Equal-weight Commodity ex-Agriculture EUR Hedged UCITS ETF into the Lyxor Commodities Refinitiv/CoreCommodity CRB TR UCITS ETF. The effective date of the mergers are scheduled on 10 February 2023.
In parallel, the Lyxor Commodities Refinitiv/CoreCommodity CRB TR UCITS ETF will change its index, from Refinitiv/CoreCommodity CRB Total Return Index to the Bloomberg Energy and Metals Equal Weighted Index. To reflect this evolution, the ETF will be renamed the Amundi Bloomberg Equal-weight Commodity ex-Agriculture UCITS ETF. The changes will take effect on 20 January 2023.
